Tour cancellation policy

Once a tour is confirmed and paid we have certain cancellation policy as administrative costs are involved. For all confirmed tour we go ahead with logistics arrangements. We pay the hotels and the hotels have their own cancellation policy too. 

• 30% will be deducted from total if cancellation is done 30 days before the date of travel.
• 50% cancellation charges will be deducted if the cancellation is done between 30 to  14 days of the date of travel. 
• There is no refund for bookings cancelled after 14 days before the date of travel
